    • Lemon juice – a few drops

    Cover the medium low ache pot and cook for 15 minutes. When it is boiled, remove the meat from the water, grate it and put it in the same water. Stir in soy sauce, chili sauce and tomato sauce. Boil for 1 minute on medium heat. Shake the cornflower mixture again a little and add it slowly. After one minute, beat the beaten eggs. Turn off the oven by shaking with testing salt and onion sprouts. Stir in the lemon juice and serve hot.

    Wash the khasi legs in water. Then add ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, dried chillies and salt and cook for 3-4 hours in medium ache.
